Diesel & Friends ("we", "us") is a service of Gypsy Trading LLC, 1453 Rogers Lake
Road, Kila, MT 59920, USA. This policy describes what information we collect when you use
dieselandfriends.com and order.dieselandfriends.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, your pet's name and description, the occasion,
the message you write, and the voice you choose.
- Your pet's photo: the image you upload to create the video.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card
number never touches our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and transaction reference.
- Basic analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool that
gives us aggregate page-view counts. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
How we use it
- To generate your video: your photo, message, and voice choice are processed by our AI-generation
partners (see below).
- To deliver your order and revisions by email.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or videos for
advertising without your explicit permission.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to make your video, each receiving only what they need:
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe's privacy policy)
- Hedra — AI video generation (receives the photo and generated audio)
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for select voices (receives the message text)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (receives your email address)
- Cloudflare — website hosting, file storage, and cookieless analytics
We never share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
Storage and retention
Photos, generated audio, and finished videos are stored in secure cloud storage so your delivery link and
free revisions keep working. Order records are kept for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. If you'd
like your photo, video, or personal data deleted sooner, just ask — see below.
Your choices
- Access or deletion: email [email protected]
and we'll provide or delete the personal data tied to your order.
- Corrections: every order includes 2 free revisions to change the message, voice, or photo.
Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under
13. Voices with child-like character are synthetic and not recordings of real children.
Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Uploads and stored files live in access-controlled cloud storage, and
payment credentials are handled exclusively by Stripe.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
