Most videos are generated and emailed within about an hour of payment. During busy periods it can take up to 24 hours. You can also watch progress live on the order status page linked after checkout.

Yes — every order includes 2 free revisions. Use the revision link in your delivery email to tweak the message, pick a different voice, or upload a new photo.
If we can't produce your video, you get a full refund automatically. If you're not happy with the result after your free revisions, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you in full. See our Terms of Service for details.
Your pet's photo is animated with AI lip-sync technology and paired with the voice and message you chose. Videos are AI-generated and intended for personal, gift-giving fun.
