These terms govern your use of dieselandfriends.com and order.dieselandfriends.com, operated by Gypsy Trading LLC ("Diesel & Friends", "we", "us"), 1453 Rogers Lake Road, Kila, MT 59920, USA. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We create a personalized, AI-generated video in which your pet's photo is animated to speak the message you write, in the voice you choose. Videos are delivered by email and via a hosted link. All videos are AI-generated — your pet was not harmed, trained, or taught English in the making of them.
Prices include the video, delivery, and 2 free revisions. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Promotional codes, when offered, apply at checkout.
Most videos are generated and emailed within about an hour of payment; allow up to 24 hours during busy periods. A live status page is available after checkout. If generation fails and we cannot deliver your video, we refund you in full.
Every paid order includes 2 free revisions — change the message, the voice, or the photo using the link in your delivery email. Revisions inherit the branding choice of the original order.
You must own or have permission to use the photo you upload, and your message must not contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content. We may decline and refund any order whose content violates these rules. You keep all rights to your photo; you grant us a limited license to process it (and the resulting video) solely to provide the service — including processing by the AI partners listed in our Privacy Policy.
Your finished video is yours for personal, non-commercial use — share it, gift it, post it. We don't use your video for advertising without your explicit permission.
Don't use the service to impersonate real people, create misleading content, or violate anyone's rights or any law. Videos depict pets speaking a customer-written message and are clearly fictional.
The service is provided "as is". AI-generated output varies — expressions, motion, and voice character may differ from what you imagine (that's what revisions are for). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the change.
